Can't start a ranked match of Gwent

Hi,

Since the last update of Gwent, I can't start a ranked match anymore. My deck's do fullfill the requirements that the Decks have (min 25 cards, max 165 'consumption'). Do more people have this problem, or am I the only one (can't imagine that case). Or do you have some tips for me what could be the problems?

new season is live still cant play ranked , also what about the rewards for previous season?
