Can't start the game

So I recently got this game for the PS4, and started it up. It says press X to begin, but when I do a little circle comes up saying please wait then it fades away. Then I am left to the same welcome screen that has the same text saying Press X to begin. Does anyone know a fix?

I looked around at the forums, and it is not like the invintory failed to load thing, it just says please wait for a few seconds then dissappears.

Does that happen every time or just sometimes?

Possible things to try:

Rebuilding the database (most likely won't help here, but worth trying?)
Reinstalling the game
