Characters and NPCs misgendering V

I'm currently playing as a V with a masculine body and a masculine voice, and yet a romamanced Panam referred to him with she/her pronouns in the ending, Wilson treated him with she/her pronouns too and Judy sometimes thinks my man V is a womqn V because she flirts with him.

I could be wrong and except if it's new in 2.12, but I don't remember anyone mentioning a similar issue.
So you're on Playstation, so no mods I guess
Which language if not english?
