There're posts like this roughly once a month either here or at the Witcher forums. Some random store somewhere in the world posts a placeholder/incorrect item, and suddenly it's a news item - release date, platform, whatever.

It will be on PC and next-gen consoles. No, it will not be on PS3, and CDPR don't make announcements via random third-party online shops.

They've also been wrong about a lot of things in the past. TW2 on PS3, launch dates.
It's a placeholder, and it's wrong, simple as that. It won't be launched in 2014, and it won't be on PS3.

Oh, and the blurb text dates back to at least 2010 and refers to the PnP game.
