Cyberpunk in numbers

It represent nothing that kind of % on single player game (especially 6 months after release) :)
Little example, I just finish entirely ME-LE and I really love it. But I'm not planing to "replay" it before a good while. It's often the same for solo games (except if you are like me, totally addict to Night City).

i'm a bit different. If I like a game, I can spend thousands of hours into them. Crossed the first one thousand-hours of Cyberpunk 2077 today...

No too different... a "little bit" more than one thousand for me :)
77 days, 20 hours and 8 min to be precise
more than 1K hrs, we don't speak about "I like the game", it's more like an addiction...
But it depends on the game and personal taste. I don't think the majority of gamers who bought Cyberpunk are going to play it 1K hours or more :D

I like maths, so I did a simple calculation: 600 000 000 hours in 175 days (December 10th - June 2nd) means an average of 3 438 571 hours per day.

And just for fun: that number, in turn, equals around 142 857 days per day, or slightly over 391 years per day.
First time I've ever used "days per day" or "years per day". :coolstory:

My boy finished his first playthrough main quest only in 22 hours. Given the YouTube, Reddit reputation that should be 2 hrs per copy all with full refunds because its a "Dead, Broken Game"
It's a shame to play this game for the main quest only, which is not even the best part of the game. The side quests offer more rewarding moments.

At 13.7 million copies sold, that means only 43.8 hours per copy of the game, which is not much.

I guess there's quite a big grey area. Some people just buy stuff because it's hyped. And not everyone who stopped playing has refunded their game, for whatever reason...

To give you just one example from my library:

Shadow of the Tomb Raider:
33 hours. Time frame: Sept 2019 - June 2021
Bought that game just for the in-game benchmark. Turns out to be a great game. Still haven't played it much.

Cyberpunk 2077: Time frame: Dec 2020 - June 2021
Nearly 500 hours. Still playing it on a regular basis.
