Dandelion Poet Bug ?

+
hi , i hadn't any card in my deck and i played dandelion ( he didn't draw a card ) but he was forced to play a card and gave card advantages to my opponent..
i think this is not normal interaction of card.

** He shouldn't force to play a card if doesn't have a any card in the deck..

He did exactly what he was supposed to, draw a card, which he couldnt, then play a card, which he could.

Eh, I am not so sure. In the past, when effect A couldn't trigger, effect B didn't trigger either. That's why Tibor was loathed back then, he first boosted himself and then drew the opponent a card; the latter not happening when the opponent's deck is empty.

I agree with both answers. Basically Dandelion does what the description says - but it would definitely be better to not trigger the effect at all if the card doesn't draw you anything.

It's best to send a ticket to CDPR support and let them know about this interaction:

That’s your opinion. It definitely is acting within it’s intended bounds and is not a bug. It should be suggested as a desired change but not a bug.

It works as intended, familiar with the Mill mechanic. The same like if you play Emhyr and you have nothing to pull back in your hand (having only Golds on the board). I've seen this too.
