Not sure if it was mentioned but I thought it would be a cool idea to expand the idea of cyber enhancements into biological enhancements like spicing genes with creatures and work that into various forms of cosmetic and engaging gameplay.
One idea is to expand the fighting quest into some type of underground arena where you are / can be biologically enhanced / spliced with all sorts of creatures OR take control of creatures and fight in some sort of fighting mini game / vehicle where you get all new assortments of abilities and an all new arsenal of weaponry used in either just this mini game or possibly expand to other areas of the game.
Just watching Sonnies Edge from Love Death & Robots screams Cyberpunk and would be really cool to see something like that become an aspect of the game in either a side underground thing or possibly a bigger part of the story... maybe you have to do a long quest to investigate rumors of biological enhancements hitting the streets and along the way you stumble onto the same biological drug/treatment/virus or whatever form it takes and can either enhance yourself with just enhanced abilities or can have the choice to go deeper and make a radical and permeant change or perhaps somewhere in between where you either control an avatar of sorts or you physically can change/swap between a human/creature at will like a Werewolf of sorts.
