For crying out loud can we Please get a proper V model? ( Mod request )

+
I've been begging modders or CDPR for a fix to this; I like the game it can be fun but this bothers me so much.
(This is not about photo View. But about gameplay immersion and proper first person perspectives.)

This also creates problems for fov like in grounding the player in the world when you look down;
You're not seeing your body as it should be like represented in a real 3D environment.
You're seeing A camera position ( unnaturally lurching over or forward ) hiding this terrible model :
only view of legs maybe some thighs and maybe some of your forearms and hands.

BUT can't see your chest forearms and you should have peripheral View of your shoulders.
Especially if you look left or right or towards them..

So the back needs better posture and the arm positions should be a bit more animated and dynamic.
Arms and aiming feels like a Steven Seagal Meme how V holds guns because of this model.

If I had a million dollars I would pay the first modder to give V a proper in World rig and camera position.

( Already Tried one Nexus Perspective mod, and it just is Not good.
Because the bent back; and arm position is not natural, it clips into the camera.
When you sort of get the position where it should be. The model is still broken.)

If you need example of what a Good 3D model camera position should look be from first person perspective
look at Star Citizen's Player model and Camera rig.
The head-camera position is perfect it grounds you in the 3D environment
like the player model is an extension of you..

CDPR probably doesn't know the basic thing that third person animations should be different than first person animations...

Well I mean, they do. That's why the first person animations look like that if you take the camera and view V's body in third person. that's similar to how rockstar does their first person animations, they make it janky so that the body parts don't get in the way of the camera. you can see the jank of rockstar's first person animations in GTA V if you turn on ray traced reflections.

The "Immersive First Person" mod on nexus is decent or at least much better than the "Better FPP" mod IMO It's also been updated much more recently I think Better FPP is actually discontinued. There is also a patch/mod that adds a slider so you can adjust the camera manually if you want. There are also several FOV adjusters on nexus, but I haven't really tried any of them.

I'm not sure which mod you tried, but IFP is probably the best bet and closest to what you're looking for, I doubt CDPR is going to take the time to make changes to the camera especially now that they have reduced the team to, I think just 17 people for bug fixes and minor support.

There are also some combinations of mods you can try, Like IFP, with JB-TPP and the patch that makes them work together, then there is another mod that adds ray traced reflections to mirrors, but V's head is missing if you don't have the TPP mod installed. So you can try to play around with different stuff and see what works for you, personally I haven't used the TPP mod in a long time since it caused some serious issues for me, I know its been updated for 2.11 but I have some trust issues with it, plus it's kind of jenky anyway.

At the first place, CDPR should make a different set of animations for the third person and they should be the ones that cast the shadow. First Person Viewmodel should NEVER cast a shadow. But it's too late for that.

A cheaper solution is to simply turn off player shadows. Every other FPS game has done it better.
