"Ghost of the Past" Journal Bug

Hello friends,

There's a small and little-known bug for the quest "Ghost of the Past" where the journal entry is in an incorrect order. From what I gather, this bug has been around for awhile. I've seen very few people post about it but the posts go as far back as 2016. Apparently it was introduced with the 1.31 update. Even though it's a small bug, is there a way to fix it retroactively; through a mod or console command?

Unfortunately, I wouldn‘t expect a patch for minor things like that anytime soon.

However, we do have a mod section in these forums:

I don’t know if anyone there is able to make a mod for that, or if a mod that lets you edit the journals already exists somewhere.
