GOOD LOOT? Witcher 3

+
What do you mean by good loot? Most caches in the game contain mundane items but occasionally there are named swords and armour which may or may not be useful to you, depending on your gear. There are treasure hunts which lead to loot that could be useful. Another place to look would be the many smugglers' caches in Skellige.

Not really possible to say with any solid accuracy. There are two considerations because of how the game works:

1.) Organic containers with leveled lists of potential loot. Most containers have a chance of spawning a certain number and selection of items, and among those possible items, there is a chance of a rare / expensive item appearing.

2.) Things like weapons and armor contain randomized parts. Each, individual piece of gear has various fields which comprise its whole. So, a sword has a chance to cause a certain min/max damage, a chance to have a special characteristic (like +critical chance or armor penetration), and a chance to have a certain number of slots for runes/glyphs (or none).

So, there's no particular area one can be pointed to that will always have good stuff. You might find a rare piece of crafting material...or you may find a carrot. (It's not, perhaps, quite that random, but you see what I mean. :) )

Mastercrafted wolven armour in Kaer Morhen during "the witchers forge " quest . Its unique because it not diagram but already crafted armour.
