Gwent took over 50% of my cpu processes. Any solution?

Every time I'm play gwent, it took 50% of my cpu processes. so basically i can't play any other game when i'm playing gwent or even browsing.
My PC Spec: Intel I5 6500
AMD rx 480
600w psu
h170 motherboard
Can u guys give me any suggestion (my english is not that good, sr)
Game setting: vsync on
btw: my monitor is 144hz

Try changing the Vsync setting. Perhaps in your case it‘s better if Vsync isn‘t turned on?

Also you can always lower the visual settings a bit (your graphics card isn‘t that strong)
