Hoodie and best swords for geralt?

Hi, is it possible to craft a black hoodie or find one in the witcher 3 ,he wears one in the story video and it looks awsome i just want one for my character,
Also what swords are best as im currently finding i like lower level swords better at the min,

implementation of a hoodie or cloak would be good. hoodie's were in witched 2, maybe Nvidia hairworx had something to do with it.

Personally I like the Feline swords and gear as I like to be light and agile. Which swords will be "best" will depend on your play style but the witcher sets do seem to be pretty much the best.
