How the hell does battle cry work?

It says it increases attack points if they are unchanged (=grey numbers), but it does nothing. What the...?

You've got it wron mate. It doubles the strength of all cards that have been weakened i.e All cards that have lost some of their original value through some sort of bleed effect. It doesn't work if your cards are at full strength. Hope that helps
