Yeah that was really frustrating in ptr. I was hoping that would get changed. Still could hopefully.

22 provision costs for a 17 point play that potentially bricks a good unit which the opponent might not have been able to play anyway. Sometimes, the combo can get value, but on average it's pretty lackluster.

Long time i made a post regarding what would happen if a unit with deploy would appear on the opponent side during your turn, seems CDPR chose to have it played without deploy, sounds fine.

It's not that bad and as said above it's not always reliable. If you play NG put a Shilard in that bad boy and watch them panic with a 1 point Tibor, it is quite funny.
