Is there a way to stop the aim locking up in 1st person driving?

If I draw my gun in 3rd person I can track an enemy 360° but in 1st person it locks up when things I'm aiming at pass behind my vehicle, usually by crossing lanes. Can I track 360° in 1st person like I can in 3rd and if so, how?

If i'm understanding it correctly, the limitation is by design. Third-person driving is like a camera floating around your car. It can go anywhere. First-person is like being in V's body. People can't spin around 360 degrees at their waist. You'll eventually have to spin the other way, instead. (It's typical first-person camera.)
