When is says that some quests will not be available does it apply to witcher contracts? because I have two that are levels 33 and 35
Or does it apply only to quests under level 22?

I had the same two contracts open and could do them afterwards, don't worry about it.

I only had one quest fail for me upon going into the Isle and that was Dandelion's Cabaret side quest. So I think quests involving Novigrad and quests involving allies are susceptible to failure.

I loved that quest, in saying that, i have loved almost all the quests i've done so far.

It only applies to the quests involving major characters. Witcher contracts are fair play afterwards.

Im level 20 right now... is it too risky to go over to this mission on this level? ._.
