1) I'm helping soldiers left and right, sending my mates back to the fight.
2) A bandit's life is pretty rough, we won't kill you - just trash your stuff.
3) I've got a tail, hoofs and horns, but wait one turn and i'll transform.
4) Beware of poison and take cover, if you will die your friends will suffer.
5) Much more desired then the rest, gives zeal and charges with her chest.
6) Keep me alive, it's quite hard, succeed and i'll give you a card.

With Homecoming, it might be fun to revive this thread. So, without further ado:

3) The wounded in the dark i prey, your weakness shall become my strength.
4) I worked all night, your armor's ready, I bust my arse, my boss takes credit (Hint: look at the cards and know your TW3 lore)
5) The axe feels heavy in my hand, with it i can kill half a man.
6) All men the same, this i can prove. I show some knee and they all move.

Seltkirk was my first guess, but then looking at "I am challenging you SIR" I thought he can NOT be the answer. Seltkirk challenges saying "These dogs have no honour" . His attitude is that he is going to win anyone. Without any respect. That Sir keyword was misleading and wrong IMHO.

Agreed about Seltkirk, I didn't think that one deep enough, only meant about the duel part
The second one actually fits quite right, he is disfigured, its visually obvious and he takes the dead from the graveyard, caretaker is more of a grave rober as he gets an artiifact.
