Oh seriusly? In changelog for STLM 3 Essenthy wrote that he imported the cirrus clouds to the main game. He even wanted to add these clouds to main game for the 2.2 update, after release of B&W.

Yes, he made a custom w2p file for those clouds (so that they are adapted (exposure, color) to the main game), but all the textures/meshes are still load from B&W (i checked).

Ok, that's sad ;(
But thank you all for your help!
I have one more question: how can I edit STLM or any other lighting mod? What tool I need, what is env, and how and where can I change some values? I just wanna try to improve something just for me.

Xshl0u, couldn't you make a mod that edits that one part of the sky and just have that be the highest in the load order? Nevermind that though, what tool would I need to get to play around with it myself?

Well, horrible it's your personal opinion, so i don't care...take a look, same place same time without rashade...vanilla, this mod and the other one...it's not a matter of render sir...again is the lighting mod, and as you have read (i'm sure) in my previous post before sentencing, graphic is tweaked at the maximum possible...in shadows, foliage distance trees etc...anyway I was just posting my opinion. that's it.

P.s. "such heavy modifications" LOL just for some contrast and hdr...oh dear

Hi Alastre, I have made the same comparison (everything ultra, no reshade, 3 different light mods) and I completely agree with you.

All light mods are inconsistent, they have 10/10 views and then others 1/10 (region transitions, sunsets and sunrises are some of those 1/10 points in almost all light modes, in my opinion). I also think the forum is here to discuss about mods and, among other things, highlight this kind of "problems" so they could be revised by the authors if he deemed necessary. Constructive criticism should not be dismissed, we all want the best possible experience.

A clear winner for me, I don't like the BaW grass, otherwise it's just perfect.

Nice to see you come out from nowhere just to join the conversation...welcome! :) By the way, it takes all kinds to make a world...it's a real great mod anyway and I'm glad you enjoying it! :)

It's a sample of personal modification of STLM. Base was WLM V, which I tweaked and put into that fog and coloring from STLM with little changes.
Of course all credits belong to Essenthy and Mishi.

Another video showing modified Novigrad. Changes consist of few little sky tweaks just before dawn, but the biggest thing is a darker night with toned down fog and decreased ambient light. There's fixed torch light too.

I'll prepare a couple more videos: STLM's swamp with fixed night and few sky/fog tweaks, STLM's fyke isle with fog inspired by WLM 8 and skellige which was made by tweaking WLM 6 by adding fog from STLM and few other things.

I was also wondering about releasing it, but it can't be considered as fully my own mod. If Mishikedman and essenthy allow me I would post it on nexus with full info about the way I've done this with FULL CREDITS given to them. I don't want any fight or accusations of stealing their work. What i'm showing on videos was supposed to be personal mod designed by personal taste. I don't want any glory for this, because I was strongly basing on their work and in few cases: just copied env (KM for example).
If they approve i'll post it and some people won't have to choose between STLM and WLM and will get something in the middle.
