I don't mean as mods, but Heart of Stone did add a new romance (if you want to call it that), and Blood & Wine brought back Triss and Yen. At least there is precedence.

We must emphasise the importance of things like the one you say. Your experience in Cyberpunk 2077 is not the same as mine and we both play the same game. There is depth and diversity in the way of playing and it allows you to replay it. My personal desire more immersion = more hooked to the game. I think they still have a lot of news to communicate in these 3 months

Oh, I agree they may add more romance options. I doubt there will be a new romance option with as much depth or detail as the four main ones - but I could see a Shani type thing.
I'm just saying I don't think it will be Idris for the reason listed above. Songbird? Maybe. Some other character - like porn star girl they got as a voice actor? Probably.
There aren't any long form romances that add a specific ending or phone call from the rooftop from what they've said, but I cannot see them passing up the opportunity for a well-written, or campy, intimate liaison with a character from the new story. From the genres they're playing with to what they've done in the past - someone's getting f*cked.

Sort of. That's what I was getting at. They have intimate moments, either the main character is seduced, they seduce someone else, both parties fine themselves in 'the heat of the moment', etc. It often doesn't lead to some blossoming love story though.

I agree, in cyberpunk 2077 sex gives the characters a moment of liberation and intimacy with V but without committing too much, life is short in Night City. One of those moments with Songbird will be great, my V is a man, I hope to please her.

I've always thought about it. A call or a purchase of the service from your apartment computer and a joytoy goes to your room and the sex animation occurs. That option would be great along with other entertainment options between the missions. According to each moment you may feel like having sex, getting drunk, visiting a friend, making some orders. Our imagination does not stop inventing. Damn city, she is the one who encourages you to have these thoughts. Although I know that this is not The Cyberpunk Sims
