Locked doors - key required (minor spoiler)

Hi,

So is there a difference between "Locked" and "Locked key required" or is it just a "glitch" (different text for same thing). Firstly noticed this at Mislav's (Hunter) Hut . Haven´t found a key to that door or any other were it says "Locked key required" (besides mission based scripted /sequenced). So does anyone know the answer to this? Please.

Locked - Key required means you get a key through Quest or simply find one, lock generally means you don't get in

Yes but is that really the case?
Now, at level 8 and more .... hours played - I haven´t found any keys that we might call "common". (Well one chest key but no door related keys)

Like for instance, Mislav´s Hut in starting area?! There are a lot of farmer houses that are only "LOCKED" and also a lot that are "LOCKED key required".

My question - is every "LOCKED KEY REQUIRED" - door really possible to open or at least most of them, even inside buildings?

Or are these notes more of glitches that might need a review ("invisible" walls).
