Hello,
posting this thread just to single out a visual problem that many seem to report in other general threads:
Basically V’s model suffers from very visible seams at the base of the neck and shoulders when wearing tank tops, seams are so bad that the neck looks downright detached from the rest of the body. The game has always suffered from a variant of this glitch but never this bad. Seams also break up body tattoos that happen to be inked on shoulders/neck. This is most evident in photo mode but happens in pause game menu as well. Glitch is present from 2.0 and wasn’t fixed in 2.01. It appears to be non platform-specific.
Other visual problems concerning V’s model (that I’ve encountered) are disastrous lighting when selecting big chest size and right gorilla arm only matching skin tone #3.
For all interested, CDPR support answered me this morning acknowledging the bugs, claming that they’re looking into them. I think it’d help them better understand the gravity and the replicability of these glitches with an ad-hoc thread so if you are having the same problem please acknowledge this post.
Let’s hope they’re able to resolve this soon. I have personally put my playthrough on hold despite having bought PL because I loved using photo mode and this pretty much destroys it.
Attached some personal evidence.

Update 2.0
Playing on 3070@1440p, since the new Ray reconstruction is only with Path Tracing its obviously not playable without the custom ini config that reduces the bounce count. Have set FPS limit to 30 since stable fps > higher but jumpy fps. A bit lame to play FPS with such limit but eye candy is...
