Normalize deploy abilities

Right now it seems that that the order of operations for "normal" deploy abilities and deploy abilities that play other cards is a bit different.
I noticed that when playing Pitfall trap. My opponent played Adalia + ship, but the trap triggered after the ship was spawned and was hovering in the air above the board, instead of killing both with 10 damage.
I know the timing of Pitfall trap was a point of contention a while ago but if you settled that it should trigger AFTER deploy, then make it for every deploy for the sake of consistency.
