Nvidia driver 431.60 performs worse than previous version for witcher 3

I had a thought that updating to the latest version would somehow improve the performance of my card but that is not the case and actually significantly decreases my fps. I usually get about 100 fps stable (rarely drops below 90) but in this update, i could see it drop as low as below 60. I am curious if there is a way to install the old drivers while getting rid of the newer.

Ryzen 2600 (oc to 3.8)
16gb ram 3000mhz
B450 tomahawk
Rtx 2060 (strix)
1tb hard drive (game installed on here)

Yes, there are a lot of infos online on how to rollback nvidia drivers. Unfortunately the official info is a bit outdated, but it is probably still helpful. See here: https://www.nvidia.com/object/driver_rollback.html

Problem solved. After the update, it somehow tweaked my settings and turned hairworks to ultra.
