Off the Books in Arena mode bugged

Just to report a possible bug .

In my opinion is not possible that every single time opponent gets oak with bribery, something must be wrong.

I played 10 times against NG and in ALL of them they got oak .

Is it a common issue?

Since I'm new, can't post my own thread but a real bug is Off the Books in Arena mode. All allied tribute do NOT cost 1 less. Not sure if it works in regular mode but I recommend staying away from now on.
