Panam mission plot hole ?

when you start the questline you never mention anders hellman's name and yet panam somehow knows his name already when she tells you "Let's do the deal and start working on Hellman" after you kill Nash

not possible based on the conversations I had with her and I also checked on youtube to be sure about it

V says we take the stuff to 6th street, and then go after Hellmann

after thats its the 1st time Panam ever says the name Hellman
