Thought I would share with you since I have the same GTX card running with same driver version, that I do not have that problem, the main difference with your rig would be our CPU's, I have an I7 3770k CPU. Running in Ultra in 1080p.

Well, I do have that problem when I look in a mirror, but not in photo mode or while looking at other characters.

Hey Rednhax, just to compare if you dont mind.

I noticed that I have the same problem in other games if I use TAA, but if I use MSAA instead problem disappears! Seems like Cyberpunk's engine doesn't support MSAA anti-aliasing, can someone confirm my theory?

I know RED Engine 3 in TW3 had an issue/didn't support MSAA, it was found left in the User. Ini. I do not remember the specifics however 'm almost certain MSAA was/is incapable. Although RED Engine 4 has had some significant overhauls/tweaks MSAA might still be a no go.

I was surprised when I noticed there wasn't an AA option, when I was hoping they had added at least 2 options. TW3 grass as an example suffered fairly bad aliasing. Personally I do not mind 'softer' looking game as long as their aren't a bunch of jaggies.
Imo, the TAA implementation is pretty solid in Cyberpunk. What has me concerned is now that we're getting patches I fear they'll change too much, I could be misremembering since latest patch 1.1 LOD/Draw distance when you zoom in appears less detailed.
