Problem with profile

Hi, I've returned to Gwent since one year ago. I am level 25, Rank 26, and when I open the game right now, I have no level, no cards, etc...

What's happening?

When Gwent came out of beta, there was an account reset. But still, your collection did get converted to scraps. Maybe that's what happened? Did you play Homecoming at all? Regardless, you should at least have the starter deck cards and some scraps.

I played beta first, and then I played the official game too. The cards from the beta became in scraps, certainly, and I turned the scraps into a Monster deck. I did this when the first expa came out. Now, my whole game is reseted. But, if you look my profile in the web, the account is exactly how I left it.

In that case, please, contact CDPR support directly. Only they can check (and possibly restore) your account.
