Purchased kegs but didn't get kegs

I bought 15 kegs and the game crashed. So I relaunched and saw that I didn't have kegs the same time I received an email thanking me for my purchase. CDPR says contact Sony to resolve payment issues and they gave me a few copy pasted IT responses and told me to contact the devs. I filled out a support ticket but it is immensely frustrating knowing I might have to wait days for a response just to get the ball rolling on getting what I paid for.

I decided to see if a different Sony rep would be more helpful and they gave me a refund no problem. So if this happens to anyone else make sure to just ask for a refund up front
