Re-installed game and now save can't be loaded due to missing DLC

Hey everyone,

So I've decided to come back and finish more content and am having a really weird issue of the game saying I don't own them when my save had nothing to do with them since I didn't own them in the first place.
I had to reinstall as I was having a sound issue where audible dialogue was missing. So the game save worked perfectly fine before this. I have just finished reinstalling the game and now I'm running into this error. I've also got 90 hours in the save file, so not sure what has happened...
I don't understand how I was playing prior to reinstalling with 0 problems, and now I can't unless I'm basically forced into buying the DLC to continue playing?

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

Most likely you created some folder in the dlc folder of the game. If so, just relocate your folder somewhere else.
