RedKit crash problem

I have a little problem once again. My head explodes with this navigation system, I hope that the Witcher 3's RedKit will be better.

Well I try to make this little "open world" map with all kinds of quests but when I try to make navigation mesh, RedKit always crashes when I press collect geometry. Is there some kind of limit how big path areas you can make? I have also tried to make a lot of smaller path areas but in the end RedKit crashes when I try to collect geometry. So is it impossible to make a little more open maps with this RedKit? My map runs smooth and everything, the only problem is this damn navigation mesh which keeps crashing.

My map has a lot of different kind of places, also snow areas and mountains. It is still very early state.
