Redlauncher window so cropped I can't even get the game to run

So yeah, I tried playing Witcher 3 for the first time in a while, and I can't even launch the thing, because REDlauncher is cropped and I don't see the "launch" button or something. I tried reinstalling and it didn't matter. Please help.
