If they don't put Fringilla in the Expansion then I just don't understand why they put her in the game with such a half-assed cameo. Margarita at least has some scenes besides her "recruitment" mission, but it feels like Fringie was added in the last moment. Hopefully, it's for Blood and Wine.

It would be easiest to ask Marcin Momot or someone else from CDPR, but maybe it is too early and they only want to reveal more information about Blood and Wine later. They did already confirm that Iorveth and Saskia will not be in the expansion, however, so asking about other characters is perhaps not too unreasonable.
