Is this a new NPC variant? Never seen this girl in this chromelike clothing, it used to be plain yellow with some red.

I was messing around when I took this picture and then said: hey, thats quite cyberpunkey. Also; traffic, an every day nuissance. Not to mentioned that this is still one of the most detailed car interiors in the game.
