I rarely use photo mode any more, as the problem in the pic still hasn't been fixed. You see it any time you see V in third person... Photo mode, inventory, video sequences... It actually seems to have become worse, used to be putting an outer top over the inner top removed the breaks, now they still show. The only way around it I've found is not wearing an inner top.
