[SPOILERS] Where is everyone after you complete the main quest?

I finished the game just yesterday and went looking around to try and find the main characters but I cant find any of them!
Is this a bug or something, its just that the game feels so empty now that I know I am the only significant character in the game world.

BTW, I got the ending where Ciri becomes a witcher

There is no bug. Please read the message when you finish the story again.
It is a sandbox, the game is over.

I hate how it says Geralts story has come to an end... it sucks, first witcher game and it's over I wish you could see them again.

didn't you talk to them at the funeral?
Eskel went to the local town because he can't bear being at KaerMorhan without Vesemir
Keira and Lambert went off on their own adventures
Ciri is off doing her own thing, dead, or being Empress in Nilfgard
Triss would be in Nilfgard as part of the lodge or in Kovir
Yennefer in Nilfgaard or off somewhere quiet (where she was with Geralt)

The ending I had, which differs.

Geralt and Yen moved off to somewhere quiet, never to be involved with politics. Geralt taught Ciri everything he knew, and she became a witcher, working with him.
