SO First off, I'm not 100% sure this is a bug, I may just be missing something... But I'm like 95% sure it is a bug. I have a bunch of gear and perks that improve resistances but they do not seem to be applied when I look at my stats. so I cannot tell if they are working in combat. Thermal, Electric and Physical resistance are all stuck at 3 no matter what gear or perks I have applied they do not move, everything else is showing 0, I have explosive resistance, burn immunity, shock immunity applied to my gear. but in my stats all of them showing 0, I have the perk to reduce fall damage, still showing 0. If I'm close enough to an explosion to take damage it's almost always instant death, even with explosive resistant mods. I also have boosts to my in combat health regen, but that is stuck at 1, I've improved the perk for that skill and it's still showing as 1. I'm assuming this is not working as intended, that or there is something I'm not understanding.
