Stats not displaying or not being applied. bug

This applies for a lot of mods, clothing and weapons in general. The Mantis blades for instance should give +25% crit when used but does not show on stats menu.
When equipping a torso/inner torso with crit chance it does not display in the stats menu.

almost none of the stats work from what i have seen. Like I have Predator mod on my hat which increases damage to high threat and mediaum threat targets by 25% each.. but the stat section says this valuse is 0 for both. Also

without any of my clothing on all of my stats are 0 except crit chance and crit damage
My crit chance says 30 and crit damage says 120

on my gear I have

Crit Chance +30%
Crit Damage +180%
Bonus to medium threat +25%
bonus to high threat +25%

that means my crit chance should be 60%
and crit damage should be 300%

however after removing everything and putting it back on the stats did change a little bit. Now says 50% chance to crit and 165% crit damage. so minor update but I dont think the game is getting its values from the stat sceen for damage because my sniper is heashotting people for 400,000+
