strange fog/shadow flicker
starts occurring no matter the graphical settings a few minutes after standing on the balcony, when the fog starts rolling in. starts off in the distance, and eventually fills the entire mountainside with flickering wisps of cloud, which make it appear as if the shadows are flickering (but they aren't). http://i.imgur.com/xPqAym4.gif (can't upload files using your web api, file never upload, so it seems and are not visible in the manager)... looks more severe than that, but screenshots are looking a bit off-contrast.

issue seems to be resolved with latest amd catalyst beta driver (amd-catalyst-15.4beta-64bit-win7-apr9) still persisted on latest release driver for hd7870 (amd-catalyst-omega-14.12-with-dotnet45-win7-64bit)
