Support Response Times

Does anyone know the typical/average time for support to handle an issue? Just wondering how long a wait I have before playing again...
I contacted tech support through the porper channels roughly 11 hours ago and haven't gotten a response back yet aside from the totally worthless topics list...
 
11 hours ago from your post was 7pm CEST. They don't work 24/7, plus it's patch week so response times may be longer.

I sent a report at around noon CEST yesterday and got a reply within a few hours, but it was the standard "we're aware of this issue" so a simple thing.
 
So, hopefully sometime this week then. Just seems a pain and I went throught the same thing with the last Journey.
