The issue with the Geralt and Yennefer theme on PSN store.

I have the GOTY edition of the game on PS4.
There was not a download code or anything else that makes the theme available.
Is there a way you can do something about it?

In the past it was available for those who pre-ordered Hearts of Stone.

You are right, it was intended for Hearts of Stone preorders. However, the GOTY edition was released after that, so I don‘t think the theme is supposed to be available for GOTY owners. Well, I am kinda disappointed.
This is the answer I got.
I asked if they could make it available at least for anyone who might have gotten the platinum trophy.
Since no pre-orders are possible now this theme should be available in some way.

Well, the whole point was that it was a limited edition offer. Making it available en masse would defeat the whole purpose of it being an exclusive.
