The Witcher 3 (PC), Raytracing GI turns the whole world black

I hope this is the best place to post this, as there doesn't seem to be any way of directly reporting a bug.

When turning on Raytraced Global Illumination, the whole world seemingly loses all lighting except for characters faces and hair. Looks like it might only be showing the Global Illumination result and not the lighting itself.
Disabling individual Raytrace options don't have any impact on this, only the overall Global Illumination option.
