Eh, I kind of like it for trying something different. It makes me think if George Kamitani (guy who did the art for Odin Sphere/Muramasa/Dragon's Crown) did a rendition of Ciri. His stuff always tends to be love/hate for people, so I can get how the above work could polarize opinions. As much as I like realism and more 'authentic' pieces, it's nice to see a more unusual take on the character. Is it exaggerated? Sure. Is it over-sexualized? A tad, but not nearly as much as I've seen in some other works.
It is the artist that will decide how he makes his art. You can dislike it, hate it, but in the end that's your problem and not the one of the artist. Let the artist create what he wants, not what you want him to create.
