Absolutely.lol you're looking at pictures of her with make up on and on the best angle of her face on camera. It's only fitting for people to be "uglyfied" in a dystopian game. I just think it gives a more authentic and believable feel to it. I even feel like she needs more grease stains.
She looks like a Nomad mechanic taking her lunch break in a junkyard on a hot day. Of course she's going to look different without all that makeup and angled lighting.

I'm not sure I follow. Makeup can, and is often used to, change people's appearance in exactly those kinds of ways. Tone down the nose, make the eyes seem bigger, lips larger or rounder etc...no her facial features dont align. they made her eyes smaller and her nose bigger these things have nothing to do with makeup.
It's literally one of the most important skills of a makeup artist, in addition to covering blemishes.
