Thronebreak: Is this a glitch or something I've completely missed?

So I'm still quite early in the game. Im doing the Nilfgardian Emissarya puzzle game and can't finish it.... Not because I can't do it, but its because the game stops working... it doesnt freeze, it just stops. It's when the pass button turns to a face on a shield... I cant do anything, The enemy doesnt do anything as it has passed. The cards in my deck are now invisible when viewed. This happens usually at the same point of the match but has been know to happen on the first move or toward the end.... Any ideas? The face obviously means something or it wouldnt be there. It just happens to stop my game...This is Xbox One by the way

It's when the pass button turns to a face on a shield

That indicates that it's the opponent's turn (not only in Thronebreaker, but GWENT as well). But as it has already passed, the coin should flip right back.
And if the puzzle is stuck/failed, you should get the Defeat screen. So, this certainly looks like a bug.

What puzzle is this; what is its objective?

If the computer isn’t doing anything at all and you can’t progress: did you try the puzzle again? Sometimes it‘s just a one time issue.

Other than that, I‘d try to reinstall the game first, just in case.

Its the puzzle just after Nilfguard appear. Its the puzzle battle against "Traheaern Var Udyffir" His shield matches the combined strength of his escorts. I need to weaken them first to kill him.... I'm guessing as I havent got that far in the battle haha. Tried it last night countless times and again a few more times this morning, same thing. Yeah sounds like a bug. I'll try the uninstall method first. Thanks guys.

So, I seem to have the same problem, with the addition, that when I try to restart or leave the fight, I get stuck on the loading screen.

I have the same problem, not only that match, but also a few other special rule match, the turn didn't auto move to me to play anything. I noticed it may have to do something with Decoy. I'm playing on ps4 and this is frustrated, have to forfeit and play again and sometime stuck again.
