Unable to switch quickslot grenades/traps

I have been trying to switch out bombs on the 2nd quickslot. I installed one bomb and it will show up but when I switch out to a different bomb the new bomb does not show and using R doesnt pick out the right bomb and wont shoot.

Is this a patch bug?

Geralt not throwing the bomb when pressing R is a common bug unfortunatly (it's happening to me too much) and there's no fixing so far. I hope it'll be soon with version 2.0 coming at the end of this month.

And yes, apparently, it came with the patches.

Yes a bug,you need to go back to a previous save where it worked and don't throw more than you have I think.
