Now people have moved on from the GG exploit and will simply start a game, play *maybe* one card, and then let the timer run out.

That's called Roping which came from HS, while it is stupid and luckily haven't seen it so far I don't think it's reportable. Just really unsportsmanlike and don't GG them

It should be reportable and an offense that gets you banned. It is a form of refusal to play, intentional harassment, and an attempt to make the match so unenjoyable and the game so inhospitable that your opponent simply quits and gives you a "win". That is against even the loosest definitions of "sportsmanship" in any game. If it isn't something that brings a ban then expect it to become much more common.
