Where to get Enhanced moon dust and Enhanced northern wind ?

I noticed the basic versions of these bombs are falling behind other ones, and I just have no idea where to look them up anymore. I think I would have bought them if I saw them.

Yeah good question. I've got a 170 hours in and pretty much explored everything and never found these. I wonder if they are in a book for sale somewhere or something.

Be careful with the Northern Wind one. There is a bug with upgrading to the enhanced version which reopens the normal version option and if you make that, the fact you already have the enhanced version goes awol.

Not sure how many are suffering with it, but a few I have seen as well as myself.

Just waiting on a patch.

Due south of Hierarck Square in Novigrad, just across the canal, there is a Hafling Herbalist... he has what your looking for, and probably more too!

Edit: Forgot to say, save before u buy them. One trick is to go to the alchemy screen right after buying, without exiting from the conversation. Or drop your basic bombs and re-craft in one go.
