Witcher 3 Citizens doesn't like Geralt

I played the game for almost 20 hours maybe and started thinking why most of the citizens hates Geralt. At first I was thinking maybe because he is a Witcher or a freak, but then i remember that you can stimulate Witcher 2 save game by choosing it at the New game. Thinking of starting a new game but already spent many hours in the game, does anyone has different reactions to people than me or is it the same otherwise what choices you made?

Yea, I find quite few people don't like me but if the NPc dialogue is anything to go by, like 75% of every village in Velen is going to have kids named Geralt. Boys, girls who gives a fuck that shitty peasent made a vow. Geraly is essentialy immortal as he has lived well over a century, I would love to see him come back like 15 years later and see how many kids are named after him
