[XBOX] Transfer The Witcher 1 over to The Witcher 2.

Sorry I'm new here so this might not the correct place to post this.
Well I've just pre-ordered The Witcher 2 on Xbox 360. Since I've never played the first one. I was wondering if it was possible to buy the first one on PC then transfer that save file to the Xbox 360?.

It might sould a litle stranger but I've seen the same thing done with Skyrim on PC to Skyrim on the Xbox 360. Just want to know if this would be possible here. The first game looks really good for the story. Thats part of the reason why I want to try this. Anyhelp would be great thanks.

No, but there really isn't any major carry over from W1 to W2. So having your save isn't that important. Just some items and a line of dialog changed here and there.
