Black Screen on Inventory Menu

Installed the update on Steam and made a new game, whenever I try to access the Inventory or Character menu I just get a black screen (I am still able to use my mouse). I don't have any mods in the CookedPC folder.

Edit: Seems it was an swf in the gui folder causing the issue.

It's a mod issue. Delete any GUI or HUD mods that you have installed.
